As for Tailors - SEW-N-SUCH has no business being on any kind of "Best of" List, unless it's for Best of the WORST.
I don't know who voted for this, but it had to have been relatives and/or the owner herself. This is, bar none, the absolute worst place to go for any kind of quality service. She is extremely rude and indignant, refuses to answer questions or concerns, insists upon her own opinion without regard to explanation and is basically a bully with a needle and thread. Based on so many other reviews found among SEVERAL other websites, including Angie's List, Wedding Bee and others - the woman is essentially a rip-off artist who threatens brides throughout the process - if she even follows thru. And by ALL accounts even when she gets the work, her work ethic is such that she leaves bridal parties hanging until it is far too late to do anything else.
PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF SEW-N-SUCH. THe woman is clearly unbalanced. Perhaps as part of this BEST OF process, City Papers ought to report just how many of their readers voted, because I can't believe the reputation of this woman is "award" worthy... except for WORST OF...
